Expected Festival/Studio use

Noise Music:

My plans for the future of noise music are mainly focused on festivals, as it is after all a niche genre and therefore I need a bigger platform to showcase and connect with the artists I want to work with. The first thing that came to mind was a festival about noise music culture. At this festival, there are all kinds of music genres, from traditional rhythms to modern tunes, and there will be a lot of people attending which is a bigger platform.

Optional festivals:

-IEMC International Electronic Music Competition

-Beijing International Electronic Music Festival

-China Electronic Music Festival

-Rock Music Festival

All of these festivals have significant audiences and are judged at a very high level. The noise artist I want to work with is a judge at the Beijing International Electronic Music Festival, so I will focus on investigating what this festival has to offer.

Composing:

Regarding film and TV scoring I would aim to work in a studio or study at a college in the future. These are the studios I’m interested in, and I’m also interested in the Composing for Film and Television program at the National Film and Television School in the UK.

The first film scoring studio was Skywalker Sound in Los Angeles, which was founded in 1975 by legendary film producer George Lucas and screenwriter William Bradley. It has provided scores for such famous films as Star Wars and Jurassic Park and has been nominated for several Academy Awards for Best Original Score. Skywalker Sound has a team of professional musicians and sound designers who can provide complete music production solutions from original sound to synthesised sound.

A second notable film score studio is New York’s Silver Sound, founded in 2002 by Will Stockton, Eric Stockton and Caitlin Hopkins. Silver Sound has a team of professional composers, musicians and sound designers who can provide high quality scores for films, TV shows and commercial projects. Silver Sound has provided the soundtracks for such prestigious films as American Horror Story, Shameless and Las Vegas, and has received numerous Emmy and Oscar nominations.

The third is Abbey Road Studios in New York, USA, which was founded in 1970 by the famous British Beatles. Abbey Road Studios has a team of renowned composers, arrangers and musicians.

Last but not least is RCP Soundtrack, a professional music production service that provides beautiful soundtracks for video production and game development. They have a team of experienced musicians who focus on providing the highest quality music services to their clients. They have a professional music production studio with state of the art recording equipment to cater for different client needs. I personally prefer this studio too
