Idea Process
– I saw a lot of collages done by Lisa Busby, so I made some collages to enlighten my mind
– I had an inspiration while watching a video (TV show). Because the constant channel changing causes different sounds to combine… Maybe this can be the subject of my project
Outcome
– After deciding on the theme, I started to make or record the music I needed.
-Rearrange all the materials I need and add them together to form the final outcome.
Reflective
I learned a lot in this project. From the initial ideas to the final outcome, I was been attracted to sound arts. I love the feeling that I can learn new things while writing about the artists (which I can add to my work).
I used new musical Instruments to complete this project, so there are might be some unskilled places or not perfect places in this project. But I will study hard and hope to master this equipment perfectly before the coming of the next project.
The recording equipment recorded everything in my life and gave me a kind of playback feeling.

The creation of a world in people’s minds using fragmented sound
What people hear is much richer than what they see. When sound travels into our ears, a virtual picture will be created in our minds based on our past experiences and creativity. Compared to what we see, the sound appears to be more abstract. For example, it is hard to reaffirm that the same sound is produced by the same object. This is the amazing part of a sound: you’d have to speculate before you see the sound generator on your own.
